It's hard to call this a Jorn Lande album, considering that half of it is covers. But nevertheless, it is a great collection of melodic, progressive music, with awesome vocals from Jorn. It just doesn't get any better than the emotional title track and the fabulous "The Day The Earth Caught Fire." Contribution from the guitar virtuoso Tore Ostby (parallel to their joint work in Ark) is also a big plus. Btw, there are overall 6 guitarists contributing to this album. "Edge Of The Blade" makes you want to jump up and run around the room, it's so damn energetic and catchy, too bad it's a cover of I don't know who. "End Comes Easy" is way weird, perhaps similar to the most folkish moments of Angra. There are plenty of energetic pieces besides the said moments: covers of "Break It Up" and Deep Purple's "Burn," "Gate Of Tears," and the closing "Abyss Of Evil." This is still a very interesting album, and well worth looking out for.
